Taking inspiration from national flagship programme “ATAL BHUJAL YOJANA”, Hon’ble Chief Minister launched the scheme “UTTAR PRADESH ATAL BHUJAL YOJANA” (UP Atal Jal) on 1st April, 2021.
The goal of this scheme is to improve the management of groundwater resources in the water stressed areas of the state through community-led sustainable ground water management approach. The major objective of the Scheme is to improve the management of groundwater resources in water stressed areas in Uttar Pradesh.
